GIMP 2.4.2 – Bildbearbeitungsprogramm
GIMP ist ein Bildbearbeitungs- und -erstellungsprogramm, das vom Funktionsumfang her mit kommerziellen Programmen vergleichbar ist. GIMP wurde ursprünglich für Linux entwickelt. Folglich ist zum Ausführen des Programms die GTK+ 2 Runtime Environment erforderlich, die seit GIMP 2.4.0 im Installer enthalten ist.GIMP steht auch für andere Betriebssysteme zur Verfügung.
